Feedback:

Absolutely the worst Tech Support I have ever witnessed. If you ever have a problem it WILL BE YOUR FAULT & not Aussie WebHot's problem. And what ever you do; DO NOT allow them remote access; you will have nothing but problems after. So much for being "Australia's leading Web Host provider". Guess you can say anything in your advertising blurb.
