Austin Visuals did an outstanding job with our 30 second animation video. Over the years, we have worked with a variety of agencies and Austin Visuals was by far the most responsive to our needs. They turned around our proposal quickly and clearly explained the process and expectations. I was impressed with the voice over options they gave us...other firms did not give us these options. In a matter of a few days, after signing the contract, they had a draft video for us to review. During the editing process, they listened and quickly made the changes we requested. They were very responsive and communicated the status of our project early and often. We were very pleased with the final result and will be using them again. Also, their pricing was very competitive.
