We recently hired Austin Web and Design to revamp an existing website for our small business. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the site. From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!)When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. He was very timely and got things done when he said he would. James read my (sometimes lengthy) emails describing what I wanted, and almost always hit it on the head with the first attempt.At the end of the day, the website does everything we wanted and looks great! James has also helped us since the site went live, after we decided to make a couple changes. Their customer service is excellent.Overall, these guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new website. I plan to use them for another site in the very near future.
