Feedback:

The reason for my review is simple. AIT knows how to get 80 shows for a 200 lead count per employee. The challenge they encounter, older generation managers stuck in unsuccessful ways. I had an opportunity to meet with them, but I am sad the onsite leaders fail to adapt. Nissan Of St Charles should have listened. The business model they follow will never grow. Managers refuse to work the deals in front of their customers. That is the biggest failure in the business.

Feedback:

fake company pushing fluffed numbers with an overpriced price tag I chose to leave the dealership I was with for 3 years AIT even wanted me as a sales lead so I am in no way a a scorned employee I saw that their promises and hype were worthless. They scorn leadership and skill want mindless BDC. Their templates are great at getting customers engaged even the most common OK reply that's a success. They had my dealership let go one of the best BDC managers I had shortly after their arrival after years of her success? All they care about is customers responses and telling terrible people on the phones how good there doing..... Not a fan! Push cars not people who can't buy a car into the dealership

Feedback:

I've had a GREAT experience working with AIT!! They are always ready to help with any questions I have, offering suggestions on how to work a difficult situation, and are always positive and encouraging. They have a friendly and caring staff and I would recommend using their services to anyone!.Renee Cook-Zubor Buick GMC

Feedback:

My former company hired this company (before I was hired) to help with our Business Development Center. The first time I met them they set up all new templates, and created some email blasts. They researched every competitor and listened to the staffs calls. The came back and told us how all the other stores where doing. They didn't have any information on any of the employees and said they will do that next month. So for the first month they basically just imported templates. Which I feel could have been done prior to their visit. The second month came and they "trained" some of the BDC employees and went over why to use certain templates... After about two months of being with this company they then informed my boss that I wasn't responsive enough to using their program and didn't think I was a good fit for the company. So, they just wanted to ensure they were going to keep getting their paycheck. It's odd that a company that has visited for 5 days in the past two months can say this about someone. After all if you have a "Good" BDC manager why would you need a company? To make sure they get their paycheck! No BDC manager means they will keep getting their money. This company did have some great templates but, for the amount of money and "training" they did for the two months I feel that car dealerships could just hire more and better staff. Ask yourself some questions before hiring an outside company. 1. If you are thinking about hiring an outside company, "Do you feel as though you have the wrong person in place running your department". 2. How many more sales is this company going to be accountable for? 3. Are there any reviews from other auto dealerships about the company?4. What "Training" will be done? Are they going over objections and real life questions consumers ask? Or are they going to train about templates?I would not suggest using this company. Go with Phone Ninjas, Traver, or Grant Cardone.
