I was task with planning and executing a ribbon cutting ceremony for our company. This event provided a lot of visibility throughout the organization. Thomas was quick to respond to my inquiry and came onsite to make recommendations. The team arrived on time, provided knowledgeable guidance, courteous staff and were very accommodating on the day of the event. Hannah went above and beyond to insure that everything went smoothly. We recently had the pleasure of working with avad3 for a conference we were holding and were blown away by their professionalism, organization, and overall production. They did a fantastic job juggling numerous conference needs (at some points during the conference we had AV in 10 rooms) in an efficient and effective manner. Shane and the rest of their team were creative and fun to work with! We have never been represented so well by a production company. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We were so thrilled to have the Avad3 team run the show for our event this year. Every event I had attended and thought, "wow, this was great" I later found out was run by them. So, this year, we got them involved in our Q Commons event in Bentonville. It was the best decision we made. The made pre-production a breeze and on the evening, they took care of all the details and made us feel entirely at ease and able to just focus on our speakers and our guests. If you have an event, then the best first thing you can do is call them.

The avad3 team is by far the most knowledgeable and professional AV group I've ever worked with. An attendee from our most recent event went to a national event immediately after ours and reported that the AV quality at the national event was far below ours. I certainly wasn't surprised.
