Feedback:

Found a really obscure part on their website and called to confirm availability . Sales said they would call back and confirm and they did a day later. Was clearly told that I would be charged and shipped direct from Christie Digital in 3-5 business days . SURPRISE item showed upon 2 days later same day as tracking hit my email. Can't complain about that though I of course questioned them before ordering since it seems sometimes it's an issue . Thanks You AValive my church appreciates it!

Ordered a projector filter from AV alive, need it rushed delivered so I payed the extra $40 for 2-3 day shipping. Received an email that there was a 1 week lead time from the manufacture and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order. I told them that I did and assumed that the filter would be shipped within a weeks time. 23 days later, and only after I called back in, did the send a very poorly written email letting me know that the order had be canceled because the manufacturer didn't have any in stock. I was billed for the filter already and based on some of the other reviews I am not sure i am going to receive a refund. I would encourage you not to do business with this highly disappointing company.

The worst. avoid at all costs. These people are rude and worst of all do not communicate. I was waiting on an order that they never told me they canceled.

What kind of company does not answer the customer calls? I have been waiting one month ago about my order refund, I cancelled it for the wrong shipping information that they provided before the purchase, they have the worst customer service LIARS!

I needed a Chief rack for an install for 10/16. I placed the order well in advance on 10/05 and Avalive put it in for me and let me know it would be a 5 day lead time. Chief dropped the ball and never shipped it out and Avalive had it overnighted to me free of charge so I could have it for my install which was an urgent matter. Thanks again for taking care of that for me, will be ordering in the future.

Rented a Wedding AV Package last minute since my other choice turned out not to be located in town and did not ship on time. AValive showed up on time and was priced reasonable and assisted me with my Mac HDMI problems

I have been dealing with an online order. It was placed on 10/11/18 to be shipped in 1-2 business days. When I did not have tracking information by the 17th, I sent an email that was answered on the 18th. It said it was supposed to have shipped on the 15th and they would send me the tracking information. On the 19th, I sent an email for an update that went unanswered. Today, I get a tracking number that shows it did not ship until the end of the day on the 19th and it will not arrive until the end of the day on the 24th with is 10 business days from the order. When I contact them, I am told that it is not their problem because the vendor shipped it late. I told them the lack of an answer on the 19th is their problem to be told there is nothing they can do. When I call the company, conveniently all managers are "in a meeting".

In mid May I rented two Panasonic P2 cards from AVAlive using my American Express card. At the time they charged me $1,668.00 – the full replacement cost for the two cards – with the assurance that this charge would be reversed when the cards were returned. I shipped the cards back FedEx and they received them on May 17. They did not process the $1,668 reversal until June 1, over TWO WEEKS after receiving the cards back, with the result that my Amex bill included the the $1,668.00 charge and must be paid. They have not earned my future business.

I had an amazing experience with Avalive. Thank you thank you. I ordered the DaVinci Studio package. I needed a quick turnaround, and got it even sooner. Bill Columbus was super helpful as well. He called and responded to emails promptly. He even took the time to answer questions that weren't about the software. He gave me technical advice and more. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional services without having to pay the astronomical prices. Especially for us indie film folk.
