I work with Avex regularly for any AV needs I have while putting together meetings. Mark is absolutely the greatest to work with. He is so adaptable and ready for any last minute orders I may throw at him. Avex always gets the equipment to me on time and is also timely in picking up their equipment as well.If you are ever in need of a trustworthy AV company, Avex is it!

I have used AVEX for a number of events and each time I have received nothing but superior service. The sales staff listen to me about my needs, budget, and event goals and work hard to develop a solution that works. the onsite staff is always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely continue to work with them when given the opportunity.

I've used Avex five times for a client conference my company hosts annually. I've been very pleased each time with their quality of work. This year, we had a bit of a wrinkle thrown at us at the last minute by the facility we were using. In essence, we were unable to access the site during normal business hours but needed everything set up prior to the next day as we start our conference at 7:45AM. I contacted Avex just a couple of days prior to the event and they said not to worry, we'll get someone out there at 9pm the night before, which they did.I so much appreciate their willingness to come late to ensure everthing was ready for the next day. Finally, the technicians they've sent have been professional and very accommodating.I would highly recommend Avex!

I recently worked with AVEX for a large, 650-person foundation event at Target Field. Due to a last minute change in vendors, we only began working with AVEX a week before the event, which initially made me extremely nervous. My mind was quickly put to ease. During the walk-through, Joe and his team listened to our wants and needs, and were extremely conscious of our need to keep expenses low. They suggested alternative options and were highly receptive throughout the entire process. The day-of staff were beyond friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything was executed flawlessly. I've worked with many A/V companies and AVEX is absolutely who I will choose for all future events.

I needed full audio and sound for an event when another vendor fell through. I called them in a panic and they made me feel at ease. We talked through my needs, budget and potential solutions, and we came to a solution with plenty of time to spare. The installers were on time, polite and professional. The sound was simply outstanding and was just what I was looking for. Josh was an incredible audio tech, and their entire team was polite and hard-working. Avex really saved me! I definitely plan on working with them again.

Have used Avex for everything from large installs to a quick rental here and there. Highly recommend them. Management understands that their bottom line should actually come at the bottom, and only after their client is happy.
