You don’t need Avova till you need avova ..... but when that time comes...you REALLY NEED AVOVA!I consider myself to be reasonably tech savy so when I decided to install a new file storage system at studio93 I had a quick word with Jason as to how to go about it. That very evening I went about installing the system.Everything seemed to go according to plan until I realised that I had knocked my old storage system off my network which meant that all of my backed up work (for over 5 years) was no longer available to me or my staff. A disastrous situation for us!I frantically grasped at my phone. 6.10 pm. Although it was past working hours on a Thursday evening Jason not only took my call but also spent a full hour walking me through the steps to get my system back up and running. Having this support not only ensured that studio93 experienced no down time the following day but also saved me from an extremely restless night of sleep or rather lack of. But that’s not the end of the story. Not only did Jason get my old system back on line but the very next day his colleague arrived at my office and completed the installation of my new file storage system.It’s a lifesaver to have Jason and the team at Avova in situations like this.When you need them, they’ll be there.
