Excellent customer service! Despite the trophies we originally ordered not making it in time, the staff replaced them with another trophy design that I actually like even better and cost less! They made the new trophies within 5-10 minutes, refunded the difference, and were very apologetic. My team loved their bowling trophies!

The people are friendly; the service is fast. The product, however, which is the most important part, is well below par. I ordered 4 plaques, at around $30 each, and all I got was a piece of paper thin metal attached with DOUBLE STICK TAPE to a piece of wood. The name was not engraved, it is just printed on. I haven't even given it to the recipient yet; all it has done is sit in the bag; and yet the metal piece has already fallen off of the wood, as it is stuck with tape. It was originally was stuck on off-centered, which I thought I couldn't fix, but as it was attached so poorly I can now use hot glue to reattach it centered. Won't be ordering again.
