My company, Skiplist, was about to place a big order of promotional items from them. However, Marty our contact there left and then we were dealing with Cassie, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful with our order. Ultimately we canceled and took our business elsewhere.

My organization LOVES Axent Graphics! They go above and beyond for all of our orders. No job is too big or too small. Prices are more than fair and turn around is as fast as it can be! I've gone in with vague ideas and Cassie and Ryan take it and run with it giving us the best quality unique products out there. Quality is outstanding. You can't go wrong using Axent Graphics.

Highly Recommend working with Axent Graphics on printing projects! Axent has stupendous customer service, very affordable print designs and quality shirts done on time! Our rep Marty was great to work with on everything from quotes to the design. We have used Axent Graphics for several projects over the past 4 years and will continue use them in the future. The team at Axent is a pleasure to work with, as they work with us to stay on time and within our budget when printing hundreds of t-shirts. I recommend shopping local by supporting this Ohio owned, family run company (which I learned has been in operation for over 30 years), with authentic & hard-working employees.

My organization had terrible service over the past week, denying our designs twice because " it's not my fault it sucks", really?! On top of that making us pay a "rush" charge for these shirts since they wouldn't approve one in a timely manner, just pitiful... If this was done in a professional shop our shirts would have been done in a much more reasonable time with considerate service. Point being, this "store" is just unprofessional on so many levels, avoid it so you do not end up with migraines.

When I first started college more than a decade ago, I randomly stumbled into this place and landed my first job as a web designer. This is a family owned company that has been serving it's locality for a very long time. They are very serious about their customer service, these are some of the nicest people you will ever have a chance to purchase products from. I highly recommend Axent Graphics to anyone looking for custom apparel. They have great deals and great service. Win-win!!

We have used axent graphics for both personal and professional occasions. Everyone there is extremely helpful with everything from coming up with the perfect design and colors to offering quality shirts. No matter how short the deadline somehow Ryan and team always manage to get the shirts made perfectly!
