Ordered a custom made jacket from this company for my work. I received a jacket with the wrong size and no name embroidered In it as requested. When I called customer service they are not interested in helping me solve the problem or work with me at all. Poke with representative and manager and they do not care as far as they are consented they did their job. Now I am out $50 with a jacket that’s not printed with my name as requested and is too large for me to wear. They will not refund the items even as it sits in the original package or attempted to solve the problem at all. Stay far away from this company, there are plenty of other places to get personalized clothing from.Company has resolved the issue and I have a wonderful jacket now.
