The IT tech, Kenny first of all was very nice. He set up a total of six devices and he patiently showed us how everything worked. He was very thorough in explaining. He even made sure that we were satisfied with everything before he left. Now we have this wonderful printer that will print from any of our devices, including our cellphones !
