Went to them because I had a stripped screw in my laptop. This made it impossible for me to remove the back panel and change the hard drive. Met with Alex who told me beforehand that he can remove it with minimal damage to the panel. He got to it immediately and it took him less than 10 mins to be done. He refused to charge me anything for the work he did. In summary: great place with excellent service.
