14/10/19.I had been procrastinating about committing to a website for quite a while, mainly because (A) I had concerns about whether or not I could master techniques needed to operate the site when it was ‘up and running.’ (B) I didn’t know if I could find a web design studio who would understand my needs. (C) The impact of such a task.I looked at a number of potential Web Design providers and eventually met Paul Cotter & his team at Bad Dog. I liked the fact that they were local i.e. based in Barna, in Galway and from my very first meeting with Paul, I made up my mind that Bad Dog was the right choice for me. I loved their office, ambience etc. and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome there. Paul introduced me to his team, all of whom were approachable and courteous. Decision made, I ended up working with both Paul and Lisa. The progression was seamless every step of the way. When I needed input, they were always there for me e.g. I recall my bio being written in the 3rd. person. Paul suggested that I should write it in the first person and when I did, it made reading it much more personal, which was a decidedly better choice for my small business. I never felt they were ‘in my face’ or bombarded in any way. Lisa’s product knowledge was second to none. She advised me throughout the process and ultimately did my training with me - again seamless. I never felt completely overwhelmed (well ... maybe just a little!) which I guess I expected to. Lisa was excellent, hence I’m now managing the site effectively myself. In addition, Baddog were also very professional in bringing the final stages to a close, organizing payment schemes and ensuring everything was functioning as it should be before completion of our business. If you’re procrastinating, have no doubts - Baddog are an excellent choice. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.Joyce Barry.

Great service. We’re delighted with our new website and have already seen an increase in bookings. Very approachable team - we sometimes need to pop back to ask questions about tweaking the site and they’re very helpful even after the project is finished. Would definitely recommend.
