My experience was the exact opposite of other reviewers. We needed a "remote closing" where the sellers would not be present. Fedex mis-routed the final documents, but this firm declined to delay the closing by a few hours, and went ahead anyway. The instructions in the delayed documents provided detail on how the checks were to be distributed, but two were sent using the wrong carrier and two were sent to the wrong address. Very poor attention to detail.
