TERRIBLE SERVICE! My family of 4 received an $800.00 water bill this month and when I called to address the issue and request they come out and look at my meter they basically deemed it as a plumbing leak. I had my husband look all over our property and even brought our Plumber friend in to search for said "leak" as well but have yet to find one. The customer service here is a joke and when you call half the time nobody answers. I was given conflicting info from the ladies at the office and now I am having trouble even setting up a payment plan.
