Very disappointed with this company. I own a salon and customer service consulting agency here in Spokane and contracted Baldwin signs to make me a few signs for my Salon. The total cost for this was over $6,000. I made a down payment of 1/2 of the cost at the time of order. The company took several weeks to get the sign completed and when the contractors came out they were very careless with the signs and broke part of the T. I had to call them to tell them this. They also never painted behind the old sign so it looked absolutely aweful. My sign I ordered was supposed to be one piece and it came back with the letters protruding from the backdrop. Not at all what I requested or what was sent to me by proof. I again had to request they come back and paint under the sign so the old sign didn’t show through. Then when they came back to paint they painted the actual sign. Such sloppy work. I have been making payments to this company to pay off a sign that they completely misled me on and receive very disrespectful emails from their Vice President making it clear that Baldwin signs does not value there customers or quality of work they perform. I would not recommend them because of this and the total lack of respect and customer service.
