Today I launched my employer's website. It is as ambitious a website as I've ever launched and I've launched plenty in more than two decades. Now to do this Google review justice, due attention must be given to the degree of difficulty launching this site represented to Ballantine. The is a website build inherited by Ballantine from another agency, leaving the work of completing the massive amount of coding and immersive database design improvements to Ballantine. Exacerbating this task, as if it wasn't hard enough, was that the website is designed to allow visitors the ability to narrow their search for cable, fittings, pulleys and tools down to the smallest scientific specification. To palely sum up this launch, deploying this website was a massive undertaking on its own, but herculean given Ballantine never built a single line of code the site comprises.Al Matesic, the agency's development lead, was as measured and unemotional a professional as any I've seen in my marketing career. He responded to my request at an astonishingly predictable rate and I just could not stump him with a coding issue – and I threw the proverbial kitchen sink at him. And despite these rigors, I literally couldn't NOT reach him and he couldn’t NOT fix things. Rivaling Al's capacity to be both literally there every time and an expert was Larissa Lohman, my AM. Every time I called, my arms flailing wildly in the air, she greeted me with a calm I could not myself summon and provided solutions. The launch itself wasn't without snags either. Yet, despite knowing Ballantine's roster puts Larissa and Al in demand, they tackled every problem, quiet virtually as each emerged. The site is live and functioning better than I could have imagined it would in the hands of any other alternative.As the agency now set to support my website marketing from here, I am supremely confident that the level of expertise and decorum I have seen from this boutique, is not a fluke. Ballantine is capable and ready to solve any problem I've thrown their way. Hire them. I have over 20 years of experience doing this stuff. It's not simple, never without trials and always requires a surgeon's hand, and an artist's mind. Ballantine has bucket loads of each.
