The social is a nice place to live. The apt is big and clean. Since there are no any taller buildings here, the social has a nice view too. Lisa in theleasing office help us complete our moving in about one days. And she is very kind. We are happy to be residents of the social

I thought the Leasing Agent, Lisa, was extremely helpful in getting my son into The Social quickly. The apartment’s layout is nicely done with a lot of closet space. All the recreation rooms look inviting. The people who work there were all friendly.

Lisa was wonderful! My son and I visited many apartments and she was by far the best we worked with. She was professional, caring, and worked with us to find my son the perfect apartment with superb amenities! She went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure we found a place that we liked. It is so nice to have one less thing to worry about with my son living far, knowing that he is comfortable and has a wonderful place to live. Thank you Lisa!!!

We are very pleased with our apartment and the great amenities that the building has to offer. The apartment is spacious, and the pre-furnished option saved us a big hassle. Thank you to Lisa and Kamaya for all of their help getting us squared away.

It is a great apartment which make me feel like home. Lisa is a prefect manager and she gives me a lot of useful information. Everything is great in The social. It has gym library theatre and so on. I love it!

The apartment is very luxurious, and the furnished set helps me a lot. By the way, Lisa is soooo nice! My girlfriend and I thank her so much for her help.

If I could rate 0 star I would definitely do that. This apartment was perfectly managed by Bozzuto before. However, since the management switched to Trinity, everything changed. Their staff at the leasing office and the front desk are extremely rude and helpless. Their job is just talking loudly in the office and caring nothing about their residents. Also, they are now giving stupid 'renovations', making the whole building look like a silly amusement park.The rent is now overpriced and noncompetitive at all. I am not going to renew my lease this year.

They switched over to new management this year that doesn't care about it's residents at all and is just trying to recuperate the money from their investment. Expect ridiculous charges on your bills, overpriced rent, and management that is so unhelpful and rude, that it seems like their job..
