Client Review on Banana Banner, Inc.

Terrible service!!! I spoke with a Chris from Banana Banner for a 24hr rush job for 6 car magnets and was told they can do it by the next day as long as i send the artwork by 4:30 that day. I sent it the artwork at 3:57 and followed up with the company the following day. I spoke to Chris again regarding the order and he told me "we never spoke, and they had no email sent by me". I understand that they may have been busy and misplaced my request but I clearly spoke with Chris and he just lied as if I never called the day before. Extremely unprofessional!!! I will never forward my clients there again!
