The first time we ordered tshirts they came within a reasonable time and were ok. We ordered stickers that took way too long, stickers should be fast. The printing was ok, but the quality of the sticker itself is cheap, the backings will start to come off if you're not caredul. Finally, we re-ordered shirts and that took way longer (it should have been faster as they already had the art). When they finally arrived, we got the wrong shirts- another band's shirts! The name of the band they were for was even written on the box, but the box looked like it had been used a bunch of times. Low rent unprofessional BS. Stay away!UPDATE 10/20/17- After we got the wrong shirts we contacted them. They apologized, said they would send the shirts again, and asked us to take this review down in exchange for a free banner. We said we would do so when we received the correct shirts, and the banner. A few days later when the shirts came for the second time, we were shorted one mens small, two of the tanks were misprinted (the registration was off), there were other shirts where the printing was crooked, and three of the black ladies spaghetti tanks we ordered turned up as grey racerback tanks, with no explanation. The grey shirts were actually nice and we didn't make a big deal about the crooked ones, but asked to be refunded for the misprinted shirts as well as the shirt we were shorted. We never got the banner and we're still waiting for the refund. Attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered, I wonder if they're still in business?UPDATE 11/15/17: We finally got replacements for the misprinted/wrong/missing shirts from the second shipment (see above, the first shipment was not our shirts). They arrived last night and they look very good. It was somewhat out of the blue as attempts to contact them went unanswered. But they did come. I'm going to add a star at this point, although we're still waiting for the banner we were promised, because the shirts that they did get right are nice and are selling well. Let's see about that banner now...the saga continues. If you are running on a tight deadline/need shirts and other merch for a tour, this would not be a level of service that I would recommend.

Updated below:Company shipped my T-shirts to the wrong address. Contacted both Fedex and Bands on a budget and never even got a response from either. I had to drive to wrong address and pick up the package myself. Then after opening the package to view the shirts I paid almost 18 dollars a piece for they looked nothing like the print approval I was sent. The print takes up 1/4 of the T shirt. It looks ridiculous and i can't even resell them because they look so bad. What a waste of money. They really do care about artists and live the touring life style and they are dedicated to fixing any problems you may have with your order. Their merchandise is really good and fans are already rocking it after one show. Thanks for your help!

Awesome customer service, step by step ordering and proofing process to ensure my posters were exactly what I wanted before they went to print! As the photographer who created the file I am very picky when it comes to print quality, and I was thrilled to see the finished result when they arrived (very fast turnaround)!I am looking forward to using my newly found Bands On A Budget team for many more projects!
