Although computer challenged, I have wanted to learn how to edit our business webpage. Bannerview has been very helpful, patient and encouraging to me in wanting to learn and do most of this stuff myself. The other day I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and when I called Bannerview, Samantha helped me find the support page. On this page they have many video tutorials. The one Samantha suggested I look at was three minutes long and the light came on for me during this video. I fixed the issue within 5 minutes of watching. Other videos in the support section will be instrumental in my learning too. I think it better to learn to fish rather than have someone give you a fish and Bannerview has all the support and tools one would need. Brian Prinzavalli
