Avoid. Super awkward "tap room", inside of a office building, super bright lights almost felt like there should be cubicles. Beer was hot and had an awful taste.

We went there to find that they were booked for a private event. They were friendly, but the place didn't look like much. Kind of seemed like a garage. We're not going to go back to see if they're booked again. There are better places nearby.

Idk how this place has a 5 star review. Beer is the worst I've had out of all breweries in the clt area, they don't even serve it to you in a glass I had a plastic cup. After a flight of their beer I ended up drinking their guest taps instead. The atmosphere is not inviting, it's a small low ceiling office space and it reminds me of going to someones basement who still lives with their parents. I will have to say the staff is very friendly which is why I gave an extra star into this review.

Absolutely wonderful little brewery. They have interesting brews like a sour IPA and amber brewed with hefeweizen yeast (appropriately called banamber). Plastic cups make the place dog friendly, which I am 100% okay with. Give them a try, I sure did, and couldn't be happier. Quack quack, folks.

Barking Duck is easily my favorite local watering hole. They have a rotating list of their beers on tap as well as a handful of other local brewing favorites. Their flagship brew, Banamber, is hands down my favorite beer. Friendly staff and owners! If you haven't checked this place out you are missing out! #seizetheduck
