These days IT is no longer a luxury but a mandatory requirement to ensure your company is efficient in the modern business world. My home office PC wouldn’t boot up one morning so I called Basic. I hadn’t dealt with them before but, nevertheless, one of their engineers was here at 2pm that same day and by 4pm we were back up and running. No fuss and excellent service all on a pay-as-you-go basis. To Whom it may concernEveryone has some form of important documents or photographs. I am noexception to this. Being a portrait and wedding photographer I have my clients important images as well as my own. I have known how important it is to back up for sometime now, and have had bits stored here there and every where incase of fire or theft.After talking to David Anderson from Basic about my needs for fail safe back up he illustrated clearly the most efficient and secure way to do this. With thecrystal clear way he illustrated this by drawing diagrams and talking me through each stage I knew my requirements were being met with a professional mind. It’s not always easy to understand the technical side to things such as this, so it wascomforting to me to be guided through it properly.The piece of mind I have from knowing my work is safe has really helped me clear my head as well as my hard drive.Once data is lost it can be hard if not impossible to get back.
