Front desk is very unfriendly, and very rude..

My Dr ordered an MRI and I got an appointment within a day. I was asked what time I would prefer and the day I was able to be there. I was also quoted my deductible I had to pay. When I asked if I could pay half the receptionist was very nice and allowed me to do so. Everyone that I had contact with was very nice and extremely professional. I need to finish paying the rest of my bill and will do that soon. Thank you for working with me.

Awesome service. They were able to fit me in the day after my doctor requested two tests be done. A third test had to be added while i was there and they fit that in as well. The techs were great as they explained what they were doing accurately which helped me relax a bit. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

My mother may just be another penny or dollar in your pocket but to me she is more than that... You give her a price on the phone but when we show up you refuse to see her because she doesnt have hundreds of dollars and only brought what YOU TOLD her to bring... Well screw yall... I hope this place goes out business because its ridiculous

For a walk in place, you get seen pretty quick, the staff is super nice. They offer free Wi-Fi as well as a kiddie corner and complimentary coffee. Usually fresh if not they remake it if you ask nicely.

I have had good experiences here previously. But a bit annoyed today, as I scheduled my appointment for Friday, and was told to drink plenty of water as I needed a full bladder. Then, received a call back that they had scheduled it wrong, and needed to change the date because the scan would take longer than the scheduled time frame. No change of instructions though, appointment on Monday this time. Arrived on Monday, with a FULL bladder. Get checked in and wait, get called back... She see's my water bottle and tells me nothing can be done since I have been drinking water. They neglected to inform me when they rescheduled that the had the wrong procedure scheduled, not just the wrong time frame and I wasn't supposed to drink anything at all. Missed time off of work for nothing, had to reschedule for the following Tuesday (over a week from when my original appointment was scheduled... Sure do hope there is no medically urgent reason I was scheduled to do this test LOL), where I will have to miss MORE work. Guess my time and income isn't as important as theirs. :)

Everyone was so nice. I hardly had any wait time, and I was there after lunch in the middle of the week and the waiting room was packed. The facilities are clean, modern and peaceful. I'm really glad that my doc sent my referral to this practice.

This company is stuck using the same technology that was used in 1982. They have no way to email things, only fax. Who has a fax machine? All I needed was a piece of paper emailed. It’s 2019. Not the Stone Age.
