I have corresponded with Lori at Bay Area Graphics & Marketing for the past two years on a couple of website developments and projects for my boss, and I must say that it has been a pleasure dealing with her. She is prompt to respond to my questions, and takes the time to explain "website-related" things to me (I am not very computer proficient).
