Feedback:

I could not be more impressed with Bay Imprint - extremely fast delivery, even late in the holiday season. There was an issue with the delivery (unrelated to anything BI did), and they made it right immediately. The products I ordered were a huge hit, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for redeeming my hope in old-school true quality service.
