He patiently explained the limits he had to work with, built my site, & took care of all the very important 'behind the scenes' details that I'm simply unable to do myself. I "inherited" this business as our web host 4 years ago - lucky me is all I can say! Phil was extremely helpful when I started this role not being the most techie minded person and guided me through what I needed to know via Skype, phone or email. I am pleased to say that I now seldom need to ask for help - but when I do as I have 3 times just recently, Phil has been promptly on the case and either supplying me with instructions or simply getting it fixed so yes, I have no hesitation in recommending Bay Web Design

I have used Phil to rework my existing website for Good Fun Bike Rides into a format that makes it easier for me make changes without incurring a lot of costs. I was so pleased that Phil also created a new site for me called Kiwiwatch where I post (alternative) news stories that generally don't make the mainstream. I found Phil friendly and trustworthy, easy to talk to and he delivered as promised on time for what I think is fair and reasonable value. I happily recommend him for your design needs.

Phil has been great. He helped me revamp an existing website, sorting out a number of technical issues and showing incredible patience as I ummed and aahed over different 'looks'. Once I'd decided on a design, fonts etc Phil was able to make it all happen... I find Phil very trustworthy and honest and have continued to work with him even though I've now left the Napier area.
