We've had a very unfortunate experience with the house which location was not accurately listed. I booked Corolla, NC beach house, but ended up going 5 miles on the sand road off the GPS to a house on Carova (just past Corolla) in the wilderness, remotely located from a beach, not a walking or safe distance with children, and on the sand. Not a piece of the road can be found anywhere. They advertised it for families and honeymooners, but adventure more appropriate for the young adults. We invited friends to our property who got stuck in the sand 4 miles into Carova island and had to be towed back for $375 (nice business). We obviously reached out to the agency to have us moved to the safer location and offered to pay extra if necessary, the response was negative. They kindly offered a new property for a full amount of rent. I'm not getting into details about health hazard conditions in the kitchen involving mold, and unclean bathrooms, which i have some photos.
