Attempted for over 6 months to get work done on our website - didn't even receive a single response. Almost a year later, they sent us an invoice saying that we owed them money to renew their services with us, otherwise they would sell our url rights. We had already built a new website and purchased a new url due to their unresponsiveness. We let them know prior to building the new website that we would be forced to take that route if they did not respond or provide us with any help or information. We emailed the woman who was supposed to be our contact, as well as the two email addresses listed on their website for support. Nothing. When we said that we would no longer be paying them for services they didn't provide, they sold our original url to our competitor, so it now reroutes automatically to their website. Terrible business ethic - the least professional website design company I have ever dealt with - go elsewhere to get your needs met.
