As a project manager, I often partner with outside resources to implement our company initiatives. I’ve worked with Beacon Technologies on more than one occasion and in each instance I was extremely satisfied by their attention to detail during the planning stage which persisted throughout the development and testing phases. Many companies want to race through requirements elicitation, but not the Beacon team. The extra time we spent on analysis paid enormous dividends throughout the remainder of the project and especially came to light when we reached user acceptance testing.
