The company website states "We would be HAPPY to discuss your marketing challenges. Please call or e-mail Tom Beakbane at ...." So I called Tom because I am looking for help with branding. I started the conversation by saying hello how are you? He said fine, there was silence so I continued and shared with Tom that I was interested in learning more about how his company could help me. He rudely told me to go to the website and that everything was there. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but really? Is that how to treat a potential client? I guess he doesn't is not in need of any business.
