The Partners Rule The partners rule this place and give employees no clear idea of what's going on with the company. Too many closed-door meetings that lead to fear and insecurity among the employees.

No Hr team, no CEO involvement, and control is given over to some lazy people who don't respect junior employees and treat them as slaves.
