Hired Bean Data to help us with IT needs in our 7-person office. While there are just 7 of us in the office, we are a field-based service business that employs 30+ field technicians, so we are quite busy! Brendan knows IT hardware and software, from the wire on the street all the way through all the systems to the workstation level. He's helped our WiFi function more efficiently, swapped out some hardware to make our machines faster and made recommendations for cost-effective future upgrades to keep us current. He checks in after his visits to make sure everything is running smoothly, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!
