WOW.... DO NOT USE BEHMKE REPORTING SERVICES. We had 3 depositions scheduled for 1 day - for a 1 hour deposition we were charged $925.00; 2nd one was 1 1/2 hours and was $941.00 the 3rd on was less than 1 hour and was $572.00 . We had depositions scheduled the next day as well, it was 2 1/2 hours and the charge was $1294.00, the 2nd deposition was 1 1/2 and the charge was $956.00. TOTAL RIP OFF. I GUES I CAN'T EVEN RATE THEM. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR SO YOU WILL READ MY POST. THANK YOU.

My litigator retained Behmke for our day-long deposition, and they overbilled us $700 in random 'appearance' and 'after hours' fees that Barkley did NOT charge for a different deposition the same week. Behmke refused to remove the fees, thus, I cannot recommend them moving forward. Barkley is much more transparent in their costs, more honest in their billing, and their staff was more congenial on deposition day.
