Called on the phone to asked a question about a document that I haven't received before about a closing and JAMIE (female) was the most rude person I have spoke in a lawyers office. I won't ever recommend anyone to this firm and won't never hire it myself. Awful customer service.

Here's the background of what happened: speeding ticket of 28mph over with reckless driving as well, Bell Law Firm had it reduced to 8mph over with reckless driving dropped.Seems like a decent outcome minus the hassle it was to work with the Bell Law Firm. First off, when I signed on with Bell Law Firm for representation, I was told that if I took a driving class that they could have my ticket reduced to improper equipment per an Onslow county statute on the matter. This simply wasn't the case -- I think they would have told me anything I wanted to hear to get my business.Next, I basically had to chase down the office to get any type of correspondence regarding my case. I regularly had emails ignored and phone calls never returned. Terrible customer service. Finally, they messed up parts of my case consistently. The biggest one was that I called in (surprisingly got someone on the line) and asked if I could send a personal check to pay for court fees. They told me yes, but failed to tell me that they wouldn't be able to process it in time before my case. This lead to my court date getting pushed back, which wasn't something I wanted to happen and I speculate may have affected the outcome.I'm not sure if it was incompetence or dishonesty by the paralegals at Bell Law Firm, but either way it still wasn't the experience I had hoped for. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.
