Feedback:

Went for my upgrade was told no administration fees by Staffer Sidney Jay.. BIG time lie. Was hit with 35.00$ upgrade fee. Had to call customer service and demand the refund witch will only be applied on next bill. No professional integrity. NEVER AGAIN!
