When I opened my business I wore all the hats.....including the Web Designer/SEO hat. I knew nothing about web design, SEO, or Google My Business. NOTHING. I met Gina and Jade 5 months after I started my business. Fast forward months later, they were doing my SEO and I was seeing traffic increase.Finally, I decided it was time to change the name of my business but I didn't want to mess with figuring out Google stuff, and getting my URL changed to point from the previous name to current name, 1440 Concierge. That's when I turned to Bella Media. Gina was dogged in her determination to make my request happen when it wasn't an easy thing to do (thanks to my previous web host). I was kept up to date at every turn.Gina and Jade made it work and it's working beautifully. They are beautifully optimizing my website. :-)

I've worked with Bella Media for a couple of years now and they've built two websites from scratch for us, completely revamped another, and administer yet another. We are planning to add another new website later this year. I've always had great customer service and highly recommend them as an affordable, friendly, and very responsive company.

So I was going to do business with them and on the day we were supposed to go it just so happened my husband was sick literally throwing up in their office so I paid them the money and then said I had to go because I had to care for my sick husband who was extremely sick. Soup was not even making him feel better. After we leave out of the office I get a email saying we needed an additional fee of $275 for some activation fee that was not discussed prior to even arranging the appointment. Then I tell them I just want my money back and then we would be done. Hell would not have even left them this review if they would have just shut up gave usnour money back and be about their day. Then bbn I told jades mother that we still wanted to do business with them just not the so since we were not explained properly. Who wants to sign up for something then be asked for more money right after you give them $125. Not us. Sorry. So as of today I just opened up my email and this is the response that I got back after requesting my money because Gina called me so I just knew that no emails were sent back. No they send me an email saying they dont like how I do business well I dont like that they lied to us just to get a quick buck and then add other fees. Then have the nerve to tell me I'm not a business woman and you both call yourself that. I NEVER disrespect a customer even if they dont go with our company. I swear I was just going to take getting my money back and then use them to add a review widget that looked cool to add to the website just to at least give them some sort of business since we didnt want to do so. This experience was very rude to me and I am flabbergasted that they even decided to speak to me in the way that they did. I hope you dont treat others like that because no one will want to use you if your tricked into getting one thing and then asked for more money. Then the Seoul made no sense. It was called a DIY SEO. I am guessing they set up all the search engines for you to start but you have to keep it updated your self. Soooooooo. WHY WOULD I PAY $125 PER MONTH TO DO IT MYSELF?
