At first very helpful in trying to create a web page for me. But after several months, there was no progress for the new site and no changes being incorporated. Had several meeting with the owner and every time there was an excuse that he made the changes, but they didn't get uploaded for some reason, or that I didn't give him clear instructions. When the website finally went live, it was incomplete, it had misspelled words, and wrong information. After e-mails, text messages and phone calls were not returned for another few months, I had to create my own website myself!Terrible experience, terrible customer service.
