I have practiced law for more than 26 years and welcome constructive criticism from clients and apologize if you did not get what you expected, but this review is a very unclear picture of my work. I am committed to service and put much time into preparing cases and keeping clients informed. Trials are always uncertain, and I can see how you would be disappointed as you did not get what you wanted from the court during my representation or that of your subsequent attorney. There are two sides to every case, and the perilous character of life and our uncertain presence in it are often revealed when we do not get what we want. A lawyer's responsibility to keep information confidential constrains me from delving into the likely reasons for the outcome of your case in this forum. However, my door is always open, and you and any other past client are invited to call and discuss your concerns.

If I could give a half star I would. My case was mishandled and the arrogance of my attorney prevented him from researching how to handle my case properly. The only thing this law firm did was strip my parental rights to barebone at the cost of $3000+ plus travel expenses. I am more than disappointed in this firm and do not recommend them to anyone seeking legal assistance involving child custody.

Ms. Holder was the adverse party in a lawsuit in Tennessee where I represented the plaintiffs, who successfully obtained a judgment in Tennessee. Her review is not accurate. Even though she was not a client, I still returned her phone call and met with her in my office in person on one or more occasions
