Benson Communications did a great job! I brought my laptop in to get my screen replaced and Isaac so helpful. Very friendly and willing to explain how things work. Replacing my screen took a little longer than expected but they communicated delays well and were apologetic. From start to finish took about a week and a half. Would very much recommend to anyone in Fort Wayne.

I got a new computer over the holidays, since old one did not charge or work at all. Requested many times since January to cancel the contract, yet they still charge me every month. email always says: According to our records, your request has been resolved. Time to report to Better Business Bureau I think.

I had a great experience and the staff was very helpful. I had an issue with my laptop that they fixed it in a timely manner. I feel they were very reasonable and could of charged me a lot more since I had no idea what was wrong. I would recommend anyone to go to Benson if they want to be treated fairly and not over charged for something that is not needed.

One of the best computer services companies I have used in the past 10 years. Very knowledgeable about standard laptops and desktops but also understand how the computers need to operate within your network computer environment. They are very creative when need to fund Solutiins to difficult issues. Highly recommended.
