I needed a web designer for a new product that I was launching and wanted someone local that was easily contactable, as I realised that the web design process can take a lot of face-to-face effort. I am very happy to say that Bernie made the whole process as painless as humanly possible and provided excellent input and expertise to how the 'safety roadside shelter' website should look and feel. She understood exactly how I wanted the end product to look like (not an easy task to get inside my head!) and was easy to get along with.
