Feedback:

Got a quote for a sign that included cost of removal of the old sign and installation. They came out and took measurements and surveyed the area for the sign. Gave a great picture of a mock up of the new sign on my business. Very professional. Agreed on the quote and installation date. Paid the required 50% prior to installation. There were some blips on the timing of the installation due to weather and "unforeseen" holes and cracks on the facing though they came out and did an evaluation. Stayed optimistic as things happen. Moving on. Came time for the installation and things went smoothly. Come time for payment of the other half and the price jumped greater than $1500. I was directed to the quote where it was noted that taxes and permit fees are not included. I guess I should have asked for a quote prior? But I did. Didn't leave a great taste in my mouth. Great sign though! Won't be working with them in the future.
