According to my perception Punjab Bespoke is an elegant brand having a significant status in the clothing & fashion industry. PB seems to go the extra mile to make a custom suit look perfect.I visited it on 23rd Nov.2017 and had a look around their sophisticated showroom.They have samples of different kind of suits so one can try. However they might have a beautiful place to do good business but according to my opinion a business must value its customers. Here is my first and i would say my last experience with PB. I came into this with very high hopes and even opted to travel from Patiala. To be honest, initially it was a warm welcome but after my first enquiry i was told to wait for twenty minutes to see there key person. Well, i waited more than half an hour and on his arrival i mark my presence . But to my disappointment i had to walk away in front of their eyes without being attended after wasting my time. I don’t know what was there actual situation at that time. But such ignorance of customers is not a good practice for an emerging brand. Hope they acknowledge it and would take care about this issue in the future.i have not any other reason or experience to rate it 2 star despite the customer satisfaction which i believe to be the primary objective of any single business.
