Feedback:

We worked with Billy out of the Syracuse location. He was extremly helpful and not pushy. He was a lot of fun to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! After only working with him for a short time he felt like family. I can't say enough great things about him! And if thats not enough the mechanics in the shop do excellent work in a timely fashion. In our hunt for a vehicle we visited quite a few dealers and were treated horribly. The communication was terrible and they truly were only looking for ways to drain me of my money with fees and useless upselling items. At best buy it was no nonsense and straightforward. Not only would I go back to buy another vehicle I would recommend anyone to go there. By far the best dealer experience I've ever had...by a long shot!
