Wedding video to me was more important than photos. It captured so much more that I would I have missed out on if I didn’t have this video to look back on. I find myself taking it out at least 6 times a year to watch and I find things that I missed that day in all the excitement of being the bride. Because I watch it so often I constantly worried about something happening to the dvd. I called up best of times 10 years later telling them I knew it was a long shot but I’d like more copies of my wedding video and if they still had it on file. I was shocked to hear that they still had it! They sent me copies and put in a beautiful letter! I am so shocked at the customer service.
