I contacted a few different web design companies before deciding to go with Better Image. I built my original website with a do it yourself program ten years ago. The website ranked #1 on all search engines but it looked old and outdated and wasn't converting visitors into clients. I went to two companies in Raleigh for an evaluation They wanted $14000 and $21,000. I almost went with the $14000. The day before I signed the contract I went through each website in their portfolio. What I found was they looked good but didn't perform. I searched every keyword that I would use for the websites service. Each website came up 4th or 5th and occasionally they would show up on page 2 and 3. At that moment I realized that they were salesman with sales tactics and their work didn't live up to the hype. After that I used the same process to vet each prospective company. After weeks of review I found Better Image. Every site in their portfolio ranked #1. Each site looked nice too. I was pleased to see that cost was 1/3 of the others. After the initial meeting I knew that Better Image was the right fit for us. I could tell that the designer Chip knew what he was talking about and cared about my website redesign. He seemed like the type of person that takes pride in his work and wants it to be the best. I didn't get that from the other companies. The design process was quick and easy. I'm a pretty picky person and like things a certain way. Throughout the build Chip made sure I got exactly what I was looking for on the design and content. He made the changes that I requested and then changed them again and again until I was happy. I promise you will not find a better web design company anywhere.
