Client Review on Beyond Audio Visual, Inc.

Feedback:

When she played the DVD back in her laptop, she was able to see her child. Her equipment at home was causing the issue. She was playing our DVD on an old CRT 4:3 ratio television which was cutting off the side of the video that her child was on. When she viewed it on her laptop, she was able to see the full picture including her family. So her child was included all along. She did not remove her bad review even after being shown it was her equipment that caused the issue. We watched a copy of it in our studio and knew it was not our issue. Too bad we can’t rate customers.
