We have been mainly working with them. We are beyond pleased with their impeccable service. They are extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process. They are very knowledgeable. They pays close attention to details. They are also very patient in training us on how to use the new administration system. Overall, we are very pleased with Web Design.

I agree can only agree with the past reviews. Biago Media helped us with our new E-commerce site and they are still around to support us with all our needs. We needed to hire a new employee to take care of the website management. Biago Media even helped us with putting up and add on Craigslist and filtering out potential new employees. Once the employee was hired, Sean trained that employee to do all the web updating that we needed. We are very happy with Biago Media.

We had experiences in the past and this time we where looking for a company that creates the website for us and helps us to take our business to the next level. We had bad experiences in the past where a company made the website for us, got the last payment and never picked up the phone on us again. We wanted to avoid an experience like. I have found Biago Media on Yelp and based on his passed reviews they seemed to be what we were looking for. They stay with their customers and help them take the website to the next level. This is exactly what we got from Biago Media. We got a great product, great support and even 6 month after the project finished, they are there for small changes and updates. They don’t even charge us for small changes, they just do it. We are very happy with Biago Media and highly recommend them to any business that is looking for full support.

Biago Media recently help us create a website for our online teapot business. My partner and I had an amazing experience working with Sean and his staff. Sean was very attentive, knowledgeable and prompt. He is extremely professional and patient and takes the time to explain things along the way. I had minimal social media exposure and experience before working with Sean, and now I have learned so much from him! With this web design, time was of the essence for us and Sean understood that from our first initial meeting with him and he delivered on all of the given timelines before the actual projected date.
