Overall Feedback:

The company was non responsive and did not complete their contractual promises. After 6+ months, and after multiple requests for updates, we had to find another vendor. The company could not build our basic website. I could not recommend this organization based upon the lack of fulfillment of promises by the owner. The talent which had existed in prior years, has apparently left and even the very basics in web development do not appear to exist based upon what little I have seen in the recent months. You will find better, quicker, and cheaper elsewhere from other organizations who will live up to their word. But you will not find that with BIIM. Please look elsewhere.
